This project was part of SiCepat’s branch expansion monitoring platform, a web system built to digitize and streamline the previously manual process of submitting expansion proposals and property surveys. The goal was to transform a time-consuming, offline workflow into a structured digital platform that helps operational teams submit, compare, and manage branch expansion requests efficiently. The scope focused on designing the submission and proposal components to improve clarity, reduce errors, and better support teams in decision-making.

This enhancement idea existed before I joined SiCepat. The main challenge in designing this is understanding the domain knowledge of expanding new branches. I learned a new point of view through communicating with the branch expansion and property teams. I also discussed with the product representative and internal team to ensure the design matched the expansion proposal goals and POV.
