Rekrutme.ID is a website designed to simplify the hiring and job search process for both employers and candidates. This case study explores the design of core user flows that enable seamless job discovery, application, and candidate management. The focus was on creating a user-centered experience that reduces friction and supports efficient decision-making on both sides of the recruitment journey.

There was existing brand color that represent the company’s color which is light blue. In addition, I also introduced new design elements such as buttons, typography, and cards to maintain visual coherence throughout the website's pages. The style focused on a professional, youthful, and trustworthy aesthetic.
